What does it do?
Dark Glass Titles drops a piece of polished glass into your timeline. Each title is built from soft blur, refracted edges and coloured light, so your text stays clean and readable while the shape around it catches the glow. Drop one on, type your line, and it settles into place with a shimmer and a highlight sweeping across the surface.
There are 15 titles in the pack, each supplied in two sizes. A slim single line bar for names, lower thirds, captions and search bar style moments, and a taller box for headlines, quotes and section breaks. Every title carries a few animation variations, so you can change how it moves without losing the look.
Nothing here is locked down. Roundness, glow, shimmer, chromatic aberration and every colour in the design are published parameters, so a title can be a soft violet whisper or a hard neon slab depending on where you drag the sliders.

How to use it
- Add the title. Drag it from the Titles browser onto your timeline, either on its own or above your footage.
- Type your line. Click into the Title field in the inspector and replace the placeholder text.
- Shape the glass. Set the roundness, pick your glow colours and dial the chromatic aberration up or down.
- Drop the background. Untick Background On/Off to sit the title over your clip, or leave it on for a full frame graphic.
Every part of it is yours to change
Roundness
Take the bar from a soft pill to a sharp rectangle, and anything in between.
Highlight sweep
A band of light that travels across the surface. Switch it off or recolour it.
Shimmer
Fine moving detail across the glass, with its own colour picker and on/off toggle.
Three bar glows
Stack up to three glow layers on the bar itself, or run just one for a quieter look.
Chromatic aberration
The colour fringing along the edges of the glass. Leave it subtle or push it hard.
Background glow
Three separate colours light the space behind the title. This is where most of the mood lives.
Background on or off
Keep the solid backdrop and set its colour, or remove it entirely and float over your clip.
Position, scale and rotation
Standard transform controls, published so you can keyframe them without digging into Motion.
Opacity and blend mode
Blend the title into the footage underneath rather than sitting it flatly on top.
Wipe out
Turn the exit animation on for a clean wipe off, or off to hold the title on screen.
Built for the dark
These titles are designed to live on black. Deep, low light footage gives the glow room to spread and lets the refracted edges read properly, which is where the glass effect really earns its place. They will still work over brighter clips, but if you want them at their best, put them somewhere dark.

How do I install LUTs into Final Cut Pro X?

I don't see my plug-in in Final Cut / Its not working / I see a red warning screen!?
Rest assured there is nothing wrong with our plugins! There is a simple fix if you are seeing these results. There are generally only two reasons your plugins are not working.
1) The most likely is that your version of Final Cut is out of date. Our plug-ins are designed to be used with Version 10.4.8. Please update your version of Final Cut. This is available as a free update on the Apple App store.
2) You have not installed the plug-in into the correct folder. Please follow the instructions included in your download, being careful to place them in the correct folder as outlined in PDF #1 (either; "Titles", "Effects", "Transitions" or "Generators")

Do these work with Adobe Premiere Pro?
