All sales are final. Our products are digital and delivered instantly to a nominated email address upon purchase, making them impossible to return. For this reason, we are unable to process refunds. You do not own Final Cut Pro

Our plugins require Final Cut Pro, available exclusively from Apple. Try it free for 90 days via Apple's official trial.

Assumed Final Cut Pro was included

Our products are plugins only. Final Cut Pro must be purchased separately and directly from Apple.

No Apple computer

Final Cut Pro and all associated plugins require macOS. They are not compatible with Windows or other operating systems.

Incompatible version of Final Cut Pro

Please ensure Final Cut Pro is up to date. Free updates are available via the Mac App Store.

Intended for different editing software

Our products are built exclusively for Final Cut Pro. They are not compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other editors.

Difficulty with installation

Accidental or duplicate purchase

This includes purchasing by mistake, making multiple or duplicate orders, or re-purchasing a product you already own.

Currency discrepancy

You paid in an unintended currency or expected a different price. Please confirm pricing in your local currency before checkout.

Unauthorised purchase

A family member or third party purchased the product without your knowledge or consent.

Change of mind

Including downloading the product and deciding you no longer want it, or simply changing your mind after purchase.

Discount code not applied

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Please ensure your code is entered at checkout before completing payment.

Download Limit

To prevent unauthorised file sharing, each product is limited to 3 download attempts. If you experience any difficulty during download and exceed this limit, contact us and we will provide a refreshed download link at no additional charge.
