Refund & Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final.
Please read product descriptions carefully to make sure our plugins will meet your editing needs, and please make sure that you either already own an up to date version of Final Cut Pro, or intend to purchase Final Cut Pro directly from Apple to make use of our plugins.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly to a nominated email address upon purchase they are therefore impossible to return. For this reason we are unable to process refunds.

We are unable, but not limited to, provide refunds for any of the following reasons:
- You do not know how to use the product (please contact us, a member of our team will be happy to assist you)
- You do not have Final Cut Pro (you can download a 90-day FREE trial from Apple: HERE)
- You thought the product included Final Cut Pro software (Please note: this is only available directly from Apple)
- You do not have an Apple computer
- The product is not compatible with your version of FCP (please update for free via the Apple App store)
- You thought the product was for Adobe Premiere or other editing software
- You do not know how to install the product, (please follow our installation tutorial)
- You've purchased a product by accident
- You've made multiple or duplicate purchases
- You bought the product in the past and bought it again
- You paid in the wrong currency and thought the product was a different price
- A family member purchased the product without your knowledge
- You've changed your mind
- You forgot to apply the discount code
- You've downloaded the product but no longer want it

Please ensure you have read product descriptions carefully before buying, use our extensive product videos, examples and tutorials as a representation of what our plugins can do and decide whether it is the right product for you prior to purchase. 

Please also note that to use Final Cut Pro, you must have an Apple Mac computer. Final Cut Pro is not compatible with Windows.

Download Limit

To prevent file sharing, each file is limited to 3 download attempts. However, if you run into difficulty while downloading and exceed your download limit, please do contact us at hello@FCPXFullAccess.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with a refreshed link.
