The Ultimate Bundle is an ever-changing product and has likely been updated since your original purchase. If you are outside of the 28-day access window and have already accessed the bundle, we are unfortunately unable to refresh access to the product - this is clearly communicated at checkout, in our terms, and in your delivery email. If you are still within the 28-day window, please email us and a member of our team will be happy to help. As a past purchaser, you do still have exclusive access to 30% off the entire store, which remains available via your original download link.
This is usually caused by the Motion Templates folder not being set up correctly. Please watch this tutorial which walks you through how to resolve it.

Our plugins are designed for the latest version of Final Cut Pro. If you're running an older version, you can update for free via the Mac App Store. Our plugins are not compatible with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing software.
